SNH's Residential supports offers three models. Each of the following models provides for the individual with at least one support person.
Day Program
SNH places great importance on helping individuals integrate into their community and acquire new skills by offering various day programs
Respite Services
SNH offers respite service to individuals who need constant care or supervision due to a disability, illness, or special needs.
Consultations
The objective of SNH's clinical staff and consultants is to collaborate with individuals to help them attain their maximum potential.
Nursing Services
SNH offers healthcare services provided by licensed and registered nurses to individuals, families, and communities.
Trainings
SNH provides educational programs and activities designed to support the learning and skill development of individuals.
